Renting

Only 20% of homes in the HOA are allowed to be rented out at a time. This helps keep property values high and helps keep turnover with your neighbors down.

If you are interested in renting your home, the process is below: 

1. Request in writing via email at sfsunsetparkhoa@gmail.com or in PayHOA

2. The board will check if there is a spot available to rent and if you have any violations or fines that need to be taken care of.

3. You will receive written notice from the board that you may either rent out your home or that you are on the waiting list.
