What is PayHOA and why should I sign up?
PayHOA is an online company that helps the HOA manage statements, dues, violations, and homeowner requests. It allows homeowners to more easily communicate with the HOA board, view board meeting minutes, and track and pay their monthly dues.

How do I set up an account?
Please visit the following website: https://app.payhoa.com/sign-up/26440-sunset-park-hoa
Enter your basic information and the program will notify the board. Within 48 hours, a member of the board will verify and confirm your request. Then PayHOA will send you an email with instructions on how to finish creating your account.
Important Information
In PayHOA, if your balance has a negative in front of it, you have a credit. It means you have paid that amount in advance. If the balance amount is positive, that is how much you need to pay.
You can set up automatic payments if you’d like. You can pay via debit or credit card, or you can link your bank account directly to PayHOA.
If you want to receive a paper statement, you MUST inform the HOA board. Paper statements will no longer be sent out, unless you specify it. Then you will receive an email and a paper statement.
