What roofing materials/colors can I have?
- Tile and architectural shingles in black, grays or browns. No metal, gravel or wood shingle roofs are permitted.
What are the regulations regarding fences?
- Fences around the front yard set-back area cannot exceed 3 ft and must be vinyl. If the existing back yard fencing is wood, you may use wood in your front yard to match.
- Fences on the side and back yards may not exceed 6 ft and can be premium wood grade slats or vinyl. Chain link fencing is not permitted.
What colors are allowed for the exterior?
- Earth tone such as: tan, white, sage, and subtle browns, yellows, blues and grays.

What are the regulations regarding pets?
- No more than two (2) domesticated dogs and/or cats. Other "household" pets are allowed as long as they do not bother or create a nuisance for others. Pets cannot be kept, bred, or maintained for commercial purpose.
- Pets must be leashed at all times when not contained in the homeowners yard. Owners are responsible for immediate clean up of their animals waste on their lot and common areas.
- There is a three (3) strike policy in regards to pet violations. After due diligence from the HOA board, if the home owner receives 3 violations within a 24 month period for the same pet (animal), the animal will need to be removed from the home permanently and the right to keep the said pet within the neighborhood will be suspended.
