The best part of the HOA is the park and trails we have available. In order to keep these amenities nice and to reduce maintenance costs (and keep your fees low), please observe the rules below.
The park is available to all HOA residents and their families. To prevent issues with vandalism, confrontations, and liability, you are expected to supervise your children at all times.
Did you see damage or did you damage the amenities? You can and will be held liable if you or someone in your household damages anything on HOA property. A few of our favorite (real) examples of what not to do include:
Standing on the hoop of the basketball hoop.
Throwing rocks/sticks at lights.
Drawing on the Pavilion or playground equipment.
Climbing the Pavilion walls
Walking the path in our community should be enjoyable. If you are outside your home with your animal, please keep them on their leash. This will ensure that everyone is safe and no unexpected problems occur. This is a Spanish Fork ordinance, not just an HOA rule. If you are curious about the ordinances please see the link below. Spanish Fork Animal Control
While we love your animals, we don't love their waste. We want to ensure that other HOA members can enjoy their time around the community as you do. Please be courteous to others and clean up after your animals.
Sorry night-owls, but you'll need to find another place to roost.
